After a slow start, with Sam Treanor drives about the only thing which was consistently working, Half Moon Bay Varisty found the form which has led them to a 13-3 record in the second half of Friday night's game. In doing so, it secured an eighteen point win over the visiting El Camino Colts. Treanor led all scorers with 19 points, while adding 5 assists and 3 steals. Equaling Sam in the assist and steals columns and providing second half spark was senior guard, David Billington, who finished with 11 points on 5 of 8 shooting. The Cougars' marksman; however, was junior Sorie Syme who contributed 14 points, 3 steals and 2 rebounds on 5 of 5 shooting. The Cougars' next contest will be at Jefferson Tuesday evening.
