Boys basketball: The New SJ Mercury News Top 15

After a wild Saturday night in the West Catholic Athletic League, one in which No. 1 St. Francis, No. 2 Serra and No. 4 Archbishop Riordan all lost, a shakeup in our boys basketball rankings was inevitable.

The question:

Who would be the new No. 1?

Undefeated Half Moon Bay, which as expected is rolling through the Peninsula Athletic League’s North Division?

Or Archbishop Mitty, which after a midseason stumble has won four WCAL games in a row by an average of more than 26 points?
